Having coffee in the room with a comfortable mattress made our stay enjoyable. The large desk allowed us to catch up on work without distractions.

Everything was perfect, but a few employees where very unfriendly. I enjoyed the room, it was recently refurbished and decent sized and had a microwave oven, air conditioner, and an ironing set.

Besides, the location was convenient and decent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of University of Florida.

This place was just a well-suited match for a quick stopover in Gainesville with great value. The room was very clean and updated with a large flat screen, microwave, and fridge, made my stay comfortable. Make sure to check in early since it might get busy later at night.

Possibly the best and relaxing stay for our road trip. Recently refurbished and well-maintained room with reliable Wifi, a new refrigerator, as example as expected. Fab food. Exceptionally nice location in nice quiet area, just off park, airport and downtown and the university👍😃

Over all the staff was accommodating. For the price I would stay again if I needed to.
The bathrooms could be updated and the small refrigerator had alot of scuffs on front door of the refrigerator. Some of blankets had cigarette holes in them and I was in a non smoking room.

The location is strategically away from heavy traffic was good. The outdoor space includes grills and picnic tables, providing options for family-friendly gatherings, although the gator theme could have been more pronounced.
Unfortunately, the absence of fitted sheets was a game changer for comfort-waking up directly on the mattress isn't exactly a pleasant experience. Noise carried through the walls, especially from a group of rambunctious kids who made it rough for anyone trying to sleep. The lack of a mini breakfast and a coffee station in the lobby left something to be desired for early risers. The furniture shows its age, with lumpy beds and uncomfortable chairs reminiscent of sitting on lumber. Navigating to the second floor via outside stairs isn't ideal either, especially for those hauling luggage or with mobility issues.

Family with children could do worse
This place had a pretty nice swimming pool which my kids couldn't get enough of. The free breakfast was surprisingly good with yogurt and muffins that got us ready for the day.
Not exactly a bargain but I guess you get what you pay for.

Clean room, good tv. Poor breakfast options and slippery tub.

Everyday, I had to check whether there were towels enough that were left by the cleaning staff. Most days there were not enough and I had to get some from the front desk.

The decor and atmosphere at Gator Town Inn are modern yet cozy, feeling more like a friend's home than a hotel. And I appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features.
More bedside lamps for better lighting, please!

The hotel was clean, the staff were accommodating. The room was neat for the kids to run a play and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Amazing restaurant served Chinese specialties. I liked 10 nights there.
